The iCap Product Team leads the development of solutions that help our customers discover, evaluate, and confidently move forward with investing in real estate, as well as providing a variety of SaaS-based real estate service offerings.  


We build upon a foundation of quantitative and qualitative understanding of our users and market needs and opportunities to rapidly test, iterate, and launch next generation customer experiences.


Our goal is to reinvent real estate investing and what home ownership means through the delivery of seamless, comprehensive, personalized, and inspiring product experiences for investors, real estate developers, property managers, tenants, and real estate professionals.

In this role, you will deliver results by:

  • Developing product requirements and specifications for our new blockchain-enabled/crypto-supported real estate investment and services platform, as well as associated with our existing investment platform.
  • Communicating and collaborating by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing a variety of points of view (by soliciting input of others), technology, UX/UI, time, and cost variables.
  • Defining key success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies.
  • Informing strategy by monitoring competitors’ solutionsworking with our marketing team to understand customer needs and technical designs of product implementations.
  • Working together with our software engineering team to provide clear direction, requirements, handling dependencies, removing blockers, and applying effective product development operating rhythms.
  • Working in partnership with designers, software engineers, marketers, investor relations, finance, and company execs to identify and unlock solutions for real estate investor, builders/developers, property management firms, and more.  


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of proficient ability in a product management role, with a focus on building technology products.
  • Strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer/product success.
  • Strong technical acumen. Can dissect complicated technical problems, simplify user experiences, and innovate on behalf of our customers.
  • Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with, work with, and lead teams of all levels and disciplines within an organization, from engineers to senior leadership.
  • Ability to help create and drive an overall product vision and product roadmap.
  • Ability to help define, work toward, and meet annual and quarterly product goals, objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor success metrics and make data-driven product decisions that align to our business strategy and product vision.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to drive conclusions and recommendations.
  • Plan and collaborate across multiple teams, estimating level of effort, and identifying dependencies and resource needs.
  • Balance strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions.
  • Delivers on-time consistentlysolve problems, identify what needs to be done, and mobilize teams to get results.
  • Appropriatetimely communications and documentation for varying levels of complexity, breath, or audience.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment.
  • Experience with financial and/investment services platform development (experience ideal, but not required).
  • Some experience with blockchain software development (experience ideal, but not required).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to find common ground with key stakeholders, lead, inspire, and mentor.
  • BS or BA degree (Masters preferred, but not required).
